Greetings and Agreement Terms:

Tattoo Agreement with Consuelo Nikolazza

This agreement is here to honor both of our time, energy, and creativity. Please read carefully so everything flows smoothly and your tattoo experience can be the best it can be.

1. Commitment to Begin

A non-refundable deposit of $100 USD is required to begin the design process for your custom tattoo and to secure your place on my calendar. This deposit honors the time I invest in creating your design and holds your session date. The deposit will be applied to your final cost only if all terms of this agreement are respected.

2. Payment of Balance

The remaining balance is due at the end of your tattoo session. Payments can be made with cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

3. Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you need to reschedule again, a new $100 deposit will be required.

4. Late Arrivals and Cancellations

Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will cancel your appointment and forfeit your deposit.
If you let me know you’re on the way, I can wait up to 30 minutes. Please note, in that case, your deposit will no longer apply as credit toward your tattoo.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice result in loss of the deposit.

5. Creative Process and Revisions

Your deposit includes an initial consultation and up to three revisions of your design.
Additional revisions may require a $15 fee each.
Major last-minute changes or completely new concepts may require rescheduling with a new deposit.

6. Artistic Integrity

I pour my heart into every piece. By booking with me, you are trusting me to make small artistic adjustments that will give you the best possible outcome, both aesthetically and technically.

7. Age Verification

All clients must present a valid government-issued ID on the day of the session.
You must be 21 or older, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who also presents valid ID.

8. Guests and Studio Policy

Up to two guests are allowed, with prior approval.
Children are not permitted in the studio under any circumstance.
The studio is a shared creative space, and I ask for calm and respectful energy.

9. Preparation and Care

Arrive clean, sober, well-rested, and nourished.
Please follow my pre-care and aftercare instructions, as they are essential for proper healing and long-lasting tattoos.

10. Health and Responsibility

Inform me of any medical conditions that could affect your session.
You understand the potential risks of allergic reactions, bleeding, or infections, and accept full responsibility for your aftercare.

11. Intellectual Property

All tattoo designs are the intellectual property of Consuelo Nikolazza. Reproduction, copying, or use of my designs is not permitted without my written consent.

Tattoo Preparation – Before Your Appointment

To ensure the best tattoo experience and healing process, please follow these steps in the days leading up to your session:

Skin Preparation

• Moisturize the area daily during the week before your appointment.

• Exfoliate once or twice to remove dead skin and help the ink settle evenly.

• Avoid sunburn or tanning. If you arrive with sunburned skin, your session will be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required.

• Stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

• Avoid alcohol for at least 24 to 48 hours before your appointment, since it thins the blood.

• Get a good, filling meal before your tattoo to help your body handle the session comfortably.

What to Bring

• Comfy clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area (ask if unsure).

• Neutral colors (black, white, gray, beige) for photos, including underwear for rib or hip tattoos.

• Snacks and water for long sessions (we can take short breaks if needed).

• Entertainment like headphones or a book to stay relaxed.

• You may bring one friend for moral support, but please remind them that tattooing takes time and focus

Tattoo Aftercare – Healing Your New Tattoo

Remove Second Skin
Leave the bandage on for 24 to 48 hours. Remove it slowly, pulling it parallel to the skin rather than upward to avoid losing pigment. Removing it in the shower with warm water helps. If irritation occurs, remove it sooner.

Wash Gently
Clean the tattoo with warm water and mild antibacterial or fragrance-free soap. Use clean hands and a circular motion to remove any plasma or residue. Do not use sponges, loofahs, or towels during washing.

Dry Carefully
Pat the tattoo dry with a clean towel or paper towel. Avoid rubbing.

Apply Ointment
Apply a thin layer of Aquaphor or a gentle unscented moisturizer once or twice a day to keep your tattoo hydrated. Do not over-apply.

Avoid Picking
Do not peel or scratch your tattoo as it heals. Let the skin shed naturally, picking can remove pigment and cause scarring.

Additional Care
• Avoid swimming, soaking, or hot tubs for at least 2 weeks.
• Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning during the healing phase.
• Skip the gym or any strenuous activities that may stretch or irritate the area for at least 1 week.
• Do not shave over your tattoo until it’s fully healed (about 2 weeks).
• Keep your tattoo clean and moisturized, and always wash your hands before touching it.
