1. Commitment to BeginA non-refundable deposit of $80 USD is required to begin the design process of your custom tattoo and to secure your spot on my calendar. This deposit covers the time invested in creating your design as well as reserves the chair for your session, and will be applied to the final cost only if all terms of this agreement are met.
2. Payment of Remaining BalanceThe remaining balance is due at the end of the tattoo session, payable via cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
3. Deposit Policy
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
You may reschedule your appointment one time only, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you reschedule a second time, a new $80 deposit will be required to confirm a new date.
4. Late Arrivals and Cancellations
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit forfeited.
If you let me know you are on your way, I can wait up to 30 minutes, but in that case, your deposit will no longer apply as credit toward the final cost.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the deposit.
5. Creative Process and Revisions
The deposit includes the initial consultation and up to three minor design revisions.
Additional revisions may incur a $15 fee per extra revision.
Major last-minute design changes or completely new concepts may require rescheduling and a new deposit.
6. Artistic IntegrityI appreciate your trust in allowing me to make small artistic adjustments that ensure the best aesthetic and technical outcome for your tattoo.
7. Age Verification and ID Requirement
All clients must present a valid government-issued ID on the day of the session.
You must be 21 years or older, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also present valid ID.
8. Guests and Studio Policy
Up to 2 or 3 guests are allowed, only if approved in advance.
Children are not allowed in the studio under any circumstance, for safety and focus.
Respectful and calm behavior is expected in the shared studio space.
9. Preparation and Care
Please arrive clean, sober, well-rested, and nourished.
You are expected to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and tattoo longevity.
10. Health and Responsibility
Please inform me of any medical conditions that may affect the tattoo process.
You acknowledge the potential risks of allergic reactions, bleeding, or infections and accept full responsibility for following proper aftercare.
11. Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs are the intellectual property of the artist (Consuelo Nikolazza).
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of the design is not permitted without written consent.
